Troop at Parris Island

It seems that I was misunderstood by the Scouts-L people
when I asked if there was a Troop at Parris Island.
This is NOT for my son! I know that he's involved in
Boot Camp and believe me, he has NO desire right now to
be anything more than a Marine.
I was asking for a Troop/Pack/Post so that I COULD
write the Scoutmaster asking if there was any way possible
that I could prevail on a fellow scouter to maybe put me
up on a couch/backyard tent/etc. when I come down to
graduation in January. I have little funds available to
me and staying in a motel is not really a viable option.
So I either ask a fellow scouter to help or I don't go to
graduation.
That is all I wanted to ask....Steve is too busy being a
Marine! I just want to see him graduate.
