50th Anniversary Celebration

Well, we haven't quite hit the 50 congratulatory message target I hoped to
have for tomorrow evening (Thursday, Oct. 23) kickoff of our council's
50th anniversary celebration. It's not too late to send yours--I don't
mind if we exceed 50.
On October 23, 1947, the North Oklahoma Council and the Cimarron Valley
Council agreed to merge forming the Will Rogers Council. We're 50 years
old (officially January 1, 1948), and looking forward to another 50 years
of service to Scouts and leaders in North Central Oklahoma.
