1997 JOTA Patches

1. I just got settled hear in Hawaii, and will be operating my station for
JOTA and plan to have a couple of BSA Troops visiting during the day. I
have gotten my first copy of Boy's Life (SEP 97 issue) and there is no info
on the patches for JOTA in there.
2. How much are they, and what is the ordering information?
