Does any one know if, once a patrol earns the BADEN-POWELL PATROL award, it
can be taken away? I have two _VERY_ young patrols (and nothing else) in
my new troop and some of the guys are rather HYPER. This causes the other
boys to have VERY little patience with them. I was hoping to use the BPP
award as a "carrot" if you will. What do you folks think?
