Scouting in Turkey

Scouters,
One of our Scouts is moving to Ismar, Turkey. His Dad is in the Air Force
and has orders there effective in December. He is assigned to a NATO base
there, not a US military base. Does anyone know what Scouting opportunities
exist for US Scouts in this area.

He just passed his Life BOR and hopes to continue working towards Eagle.
Any info anyone can give will be helpful.
