Literature update

Well, just returned from my Scout Shop this afternoon and can report that
the 1997-1998 requirements book is still not available. It is not yet in
their computer system so they can not, as yet, even order it. Has anyone
else gotten any other information about this? I called NC a week ago and
they also said it was not out yet.
However, there is a brand new, 1997-1999 edition of the Insignia Guide.
Yes, it actually has the dates printed on the front cover. I have no idea
what, if any, changes are there, other than showing the proper location for
the Tiger Cub graduate emblem, but thought I would let those who keep track
of the latest versions know that this one is out.
