CHUCK BOX report from SCOUTING mag

I just happened to be doing some "cleaning" and found a 93
Scouting mag, with an article "LET THE SCOUTS DO IT".
It talks about letting each patrol design and build thier
"OWN" patrol box. FOR THE team and spirit of the project,
more than the functionality of the box! It also goes on
to let the scouts decide IF they ever want to use it,
after a TEST campout or 2! "LET THE SCOUTS decide" and
chose how AND what to BUY and what to pack!
