Blaine:
Thank you. I thought I was the ONLY one who felt this way. It seems that
to Calvin it is more important that the Scout advance with his peers than
that he meet the requirements. That way he can continue on his march to
having whatever ridiculously high number of Eagles he has set as his goal,
at whatever ridiculously young age he believes is appropriate.
Considering he himself says that it is rare that he finds a Scout who can't
be taught to swim he has absolutely NO justification for the waivers.
Oh well, some people have different views of what this program is supposed
to be about.
