Hi Marv

Yes I have a program which I down loaded from the net (Shareware) known as
NOHTML. Off hand I dont remember were I got it from. Possible area to check
is CNET's www.shareware.com or do a general search engine look up.

It's very plain and simple to use. Similar format to PKUNZIP
ie. NOHTML (name of HTML file) (name of distination file)
Nohtml xyz.html xyz.doc

Hope this helps. If you have any problems getting it I'll be more than happy
to further help you out.
