Scouts Canada has no mention of alcohol in BP&P. However, the local
Quebec Scout camps have rules forbidding the consumption of alcohol on
the premises.
In the United Kingdom, it is common for leaders to go out to a pub after
the youth are in bed. However, we're not in the United Kingdom here and
public standards are different. So Scouts Canada just says nothing. I'm
not sure this is a great idea.
I believe that the BSA has stringent rules about alcohol.
