JLT Experiences

I have taken on the responsibility of program coordinator for the week
long JLT couse to be held next summer. I would appreciate any insight from
those of you who have been down this path. In particular I am looking for
ideas on Scoutmaster and the guides and instructors. What kind of
qualifications, experiences, etc should they have? What about age, rank,
training, etc.? What potholes are in the road?
