Three scouters wrote asking why I made the suggestion that we sign at least
with our Council and state.
No, I wasn't trying to make another rule. Our only rule has 12 points in
the BSA. I was trying to suggest that it might be more fiendly.
In the cases of people asking for advice, Knowing the contex of the
question, especially outdoor skill related questions would make giving
thoughts more meaningful.
No, no more rules.
