This past week, at my GM's, an acquaintance and I were catching up on
news. I mentioned an incident that happened at Daniel's Eagle ceremony.
She related this one:
One of her cousins recently graduated College and sent out resumes and
job apps. No response; he didn't even get rejection letters. His mom
casually commented in his presence that she couldn't understand it ...
after all he was an Eagle. The boy then said, "I got that so long ago, I
didn't even put it on the resume." Figuring he could do no worse than he
currently WAS, he redid the resume, including Eagle, when he sent the
next resume.
He got _that_ job.
Just thought I'd share another success story with y'all.
