Roundup disappointment

We need help!
We have had 2 Roundups in the 18 months of Pack existence. We are Chartered
by a local Homeowner's Association, jto a school or church, etc. We have
several School DIstricts serving the community, admittedly small, of about
1,000 homes, 50% retired.
We have 'piggy-backed' with the three closest Packs in scools in the area
both years and picked up exactly NO BOYS! Last noght was the worst, with the
other Pack signing up 35+ boys! That Pack meets at the school after classes.
the local community "kinda=sorts" knows we are here, and we actually more
than doubled over the past 12 months by word of mouth. We are facing,
however, some attrition due to divorce and other events, and cannot afford to
shrink.
What can we do NOW to "Grow the Pack?"
Hopefully, you guys will be as insightful on this as you have been on other
issues.
