$2.00 a month sounds cheap. Our Cub Scout Pack charges approx. $36.00 a
year to cover Registration/Insurance, Boys Life(optional), Awards(except
for belt loops), a pinewood derby kit, a handbook and then $9.00 goes to
the Den for activities. On top of that most of our Dens charge $.50 a
week. We try do a fall and a spring fund raiser. Last year we charged
about $26.00, I believe, and we spent $1,300 on expenses for about 30 boys.
I don't think most parents can complain. This morning someone told me they
spend $60.00 a month on gymnastics.
