Well another recruitment year (this was my 7th) and with a new pack that has
seen its better day <phew>.... I am proud to say that we recruited 13 Tiger
Cubs; 17 Wolves; 6 Bears and 7 Webelos.... WOW ! And even 9 leaders/committee
personnel... How about that? I am excited... now... let's see if we can keep
them going.... :) A success I would say.... I'm satisfied.... We had a
magician that kept the kids entertained and managed to even retain the
parent's attention during our 'sell'... seemed to work ... only 2 walked out
after we stressed the importance of 'parent' participation.... :( oh well...
win some.. lose some.... :) Until next year.... Popcorn on the way :( I HATE
THAT!!!!!
