Yikes! Sounds like the only way to handle this conundrum is to discharge
the poor Scout from the BSA! Just removing him form his leadership
position prior to his finishing his "tenure" is not enough by this
definition. I am sooo confused!
I personally agree with the idea that serve actively means just that.
Coming and taking an active part in the troop program and activities -
being there more often than not, being interested and taking part rather
than coming twice a year and claiming being active.
