Recruitment material for Leaders

Greetings from Western Australia,

I am a Scout Leader for a troop of eighteen here in sunny Perth in
Western Australia. As always we are having problems recruiting
parents to become leaders or helpers within our group.

Does anyone have the text of any letter that they have used for
recruiting that they consider to be a good method of attracting
adults to become helpers/leaders within their group?
