addresses for Eagle ceremony

I have been searching for two addresses and have had no luck. Josh Patrick,
our newest Eagle, would like to send an invitation to the Surgeon General
and to a representative of the United Nations. I haven't been able to find
their addresses anywhere, including the address list at MacScouter.
Can anyone help me out?
