My feeling is that any way you run a raffle, you'll be teaching the boys
how to get around the rules. Remembering that "A scout is obedient",
you're effectively saying "Do as I say, not as I do".
Could you get $700 for the car by putting an ad in the classifieds? How
about making a little race course at some county fair or something and
charging admission? Then sell the car anyway.
