Venture Crews

Hello all...
We would like to start a venture crew in our troop, but have questions
on minimum requirements to set for scouts to be a part of the crew.
We are thinking that scouts should be at least Life rank and have
First Aid and Camping Merit Badges. They should also have held the
required troop leadership position for their rank.
If your troop has established guidelines for scouts to join a venture
crew, please post a private reply with the details.
