Re: Alternate merit badges

Jeff Glaze quoted the options for alternate merit badges. I would presume
that since there are already choices for the swimming and life saving
merit badge groups that the alternate issue would not apply unless the
disability prevented the scout from earning any of the merit badges in
the group.
