Mary,

I am appalled at the attacks on this subject. I am not a smoker, was taught
as a child to be very anti-smoking, but not anti-smoker. And, you are
right, there is a sickening need to control others, youth and adult, among
some of the contributors to the list. I only hope more folks are 'lurking',
like you, that do not act compulsively to tell others what they must and
must NOT do. I really do believe that this whole discussion is about
controlling others, not benefitting boys.
