I apologize for not making myself clear in my intent. What I meant was
to have the young man hold the position of Troop Guide or Junior Asst.
Scoutmaster until he reached his 18th birthday, at which time he would
register as an adult, or continue on in the Explorer program. Sorry for
the confusion.
