Ask any mountain-biker what they use for water or sports drink transport
and they will say 'Camelbac'. This is a fabric bag with a a surgical
plastic bag and a plactic hosse that allows you to drink hand free.
There are several other brands I am now using a 'Judd' brand it carries
70 oz. and works well for a day bag to carry my 10 essential and it
attaches to the back of my backpack easily to give me easy access to my
water supply.
I have seen other units that carry up to 210oz, you better be very
thirsty. These are avaliable at REI-online,
http://www.nashbar.com/bike , http:www.bikepro.com
http://www.supergo.com , or even better yet at your local bicycle or
sporting goods store.
