New Eagles take flight

I wanted to announce this a week ago, but wasn't able to for a variety of
reasons. Two boys from Troop 83 -- Matt Payne and Mike Wiktor -- passed
their Eagle Board of Review last Thursday, March 20. We are planning to
hold a joint Eagle Court of Honor for them on Saturday, April 26 (their
choice). The BoR was originally scheduled for March 13 but was cancelled
due to a snow storm.

Please send congratulatory letters for Matt and Mike to me
