In our troop, I let any registered ASM sign off requirements for any scout,
including their son., The exceptions are Scout Spirit and Scoutmaster
Conference, which I want to do myself. I will sign off any requirement for my
own son, except Scout Spirit and Scoutmaster Conference, which must be signed
by an ASM I choose.
The SPL, ASPL and PL can also sign off requirements, as long as they have
earned First Class.
This has worked so far, and I will change it only of I have problems.
