We just made a quick trip into Windsor, Ontario, crossing from Detroit.
This was last Wednesday (March 26). We had birth certificates, but I was
not aware anything else was required. We had a few questions at the
border, mostly about citizenship and what we were going to do in Canada.
No mention made of ID or birth certificates. No problem getting in.
Going back to US, only questions of what we did and if anyone purchased
more than $200 of goods. Again, no hassle, and we went on our way.
Maybe it depends on where you cross...
