looking for someone who speaks portuguese

Hello! I'm a brazilian cub-scout leader and I'm looking for someone in
this list who can translate a small message in Portuguese to English.
It's a message about the politc situation of Timor, a small country
that's being massacrated and needs help. I received a message about it
(in Portuguese) and I'd like to replicate it to the scouts (in English).
If there is anyone who can help me, please, answer to
bogliolo@africanet.com.br. I don't speak a very good English, that's why
I'm asking for help in this translation.
