Sleeping when camping

Jason, you were reading my mind! I too have a hard time sleeping when
camping, yet I love to be outdoors. I also toss and turn all night.
Mostly I hurt places (hips) even with cot or pad. I also find the cot
more comfortable but it's too heavy to lug. I found 2 Advil before bed to
be helpful. Second and third nights out are better - you pass out at that
point. Really, I don't sleep that great at home all the time either.
Keeping warm enought for me is important. I'll be interested to hear if
others have remedies for this. Oh, BTW, my curved pillow goes everywhere
with me.
