(In-) Appropriate Jokes?

My $.02 worth:

Interestingly enough, this past weekend our troop conducted a Junior
Leader Training and several of the boys acted out this joke as a skit at
our campfire. While it was very funny, some of the adult leaders felt it
was inappropriate. Others thought it was OK, citing that kids see worse
on TV all the time which begs the question: When should TV be used as
a beacon of standards and values? (Answer: NEVER!) It is my opinion
that we should try to teach the boys to have fun without stooping to the
use of bathroom humor. What might be appropriate in private, a locker
room, or a bar, might not be (and is not IMO) appropriate in scouting or
by leaders be they adults or boys. In other words, there is a time and
place for such humor and scouting ain't it!
