District Newsletters and mailing cost

Hi Gang,

Our district is looking at ways of giving more information to more leaders.
We are looking for a Web Master now to creat a District Web Page. Another
idea is a District newsletter but we are worried about mailing cost.

Do any of your Districts have a newsletters?

Is there any secrets out there for cutting down mailing cost?

We are trying to improve District Service to the Leaders. Thanks for your
help.
