Craig,
The US Naval Dept (?) has the times/locations for viewing the
Hale-Bopp comet for 22,000 cities. I used it a couple days ago and found
the information correct. The index of times/locations takes a little
interpretation and I found another site (I can't remember it's URL) to
help me decipher it, but it's not too difficult. Here's the US Naval URL:
