Well, I might as well put in a plug, like a few others ....
Whispering Pine District (Jackson, Lakewood, Whiting, New Egypt,
Lakehurst, Manchester: the western & northern portions of Ocean
County, NJ) has been a quality District for a few years (this
year included).
Jersey Shore Council (Toms River, NJ: Ocean & Atlantic [City] Counties)
has been a Quality Council for at least 2 years (this and last year).
Congratulations to everyone else, too.
