Your best bet is to contact your Scout Executive concerning this
organization. There has been a directive issued to councils by the
National Office that volunteers should not respond to this organization if
contacted by them as they are not acting with the approval of the national
or council organization. The Scout Executive or their staff can fill you
in on the details.
