Kid's service--HELP!

I received a phone call last nite (wednesday) from our minister. Scout
Sunday at my church is this coming Sunday to accommodate the Girl Scouts
Anniversary.
My minister asked me if I would do the children's sermon. (In our church,
all the kids are invited to come while about a 5-10 minute story/sermon is
told.
Does someone have any suggestions. It will not just be scouts involved.
I thought about rattling off the one about the 100 scouts. I am also thinking
of bringing CJ's "old" (now two weeks) Webelos shirt with all the awards
and showing the kids his new Boy Scout shirt and show how little it has on
it. That he is going down a new path and how everyday God gives a chance
for a new path. Somewhat hokey, but it might work.
Thanks for any suggestions that you have.
