Whether we call it "fail" or "not-advanced" the boys call it "fail"
-They know we adults are just trying to be clever and nice.
-I agree adults, to be supportive, should practice something other than "fail"
Glad to see how you have carried out communications for the "not-advanced"
-Your method does seem a lot of work for the adults / SM
- particularly if you have 3 or 4 patrols and a raging NewPatrol
-Recommend a written document be handed to the scout
-E.G. Requirement 5b needs work,
