I'm growing old and feeble, but I seem to remember having to buy the
knots for my Scouters Training Award and Cubmaster Training Award, but
I'm sure the council bought the medal and certificate. I'm curious as
to why the Cubmaster award medal is on a ribbon that you wear around
your neck, but the Scoputers medal pins on above your pocket.
