More Magic Moments!

LINDA K CLOSSEN (ZXRA59A@PRODIGY.COM)
Sun, 2 Mar 1997 09:30:16 -0500

Dear Scouters,
I know that many of us have reported poor mail delivery this past
week from the Scouts-L. I am reposting my request for magic moments
for those who may have missed it. Thanks to you who have sent me
your special Scouting memories.

I have received stories from:

Scouter don,
Wuz an Owl, Iz and Eagle, and an Eagle Dad!

Dave Hills

Gary R. Miller
Wag-O-Shag Lodge #280
Waukesha, WI
Section C-3

If you have sent me a moment, and I did not receive it, Please send
it again. Maybe the bugs are worked out of the "L" now!

>Dear Scouters,
>I would like to compile a selection of "magic moments" in Scouting.

>Not necessarily from famous or well know people, but from people
like
>you and I.
>I would like to be able to share them one by one with my Scouts.
>I know that you do not know them, or me for that matter.
>You just never know what words or story could inspire a Scout to
>strive for higher achievements or ranks. Maybe it would be your
own
>personal story. Maybe something that occurred in your troop or
life
>because of Scouting. If you would like to share some of your
special,
> inspirational or" raise the hair on the back of you neck" moments,
I
>would love to read them and add them to my collection.
>
>Thank you for your consideration.
