And, oddly enough, even when one doesn't particularly want or expect
"Thanks", it is heartwarming and makes one feel appreciated. I find
folks who feel appreciated are MUCH easier to approach for extra duty
than those who do not feel appreciated. <G> Enlightened self-interest.
