Dear Scouts:

Dear Carlos:
Thank you for your card. Iwas so happy I hope you have now settled down
after those good days at the moot......
As you might have read at the moot in the magazzine(spirit) I am really
finding difficulties in organising my scout due to poor equipment and
lack of support from the people, it's not easy to run a scout group in
Zambia because people seem not to have interest, but the boys are
interested. So all I need is support in terms of funding, scout
equipment, tents, uniforms and other, I dont want something new it cam
be second hand material. So I'd like you to come in with other SCOUTS
who can help to try and find ways of helping us....
