Thank you all for your fine information re who has the authority re SMs.
I asked thee question the same day that I received 78 three page tests
to grade and get back to anxious students. So I just kept printing
and/or tallying your responses. As soon as I can do so, I will let you
know the rest of the results of my research, for now I just wanted to
say thank you, that was quite a welcome! Hope that I will be able to be
just as helpful soon.
