Request: Cow-based Weather Alert

Sometime in the last year, someone posted a weather-related list of how
bad the weather is based on cows. It was a take-off from the movie
"Twister." Does anyone still have it? I was thinking about using it in
conjunction with the Cub Scout Theme about weather for March at February
roundtable.
