Handy hint on this: Locate (A) a major university with a large foreign
contingent. then locate (B) an ethnic area near that Univ which has
ethnic shopping. Almost invariably in that shopping area will be an
electronics store. A *few* of these electronics stores have video
transfer capabilities, but I'll warn you in advance: it ain't cheap.
(It isn't cheap because it's not nearly as easy as it sounds to those of
us used to duping/dubbing from the camcorder to the VCR. I can get VERY
technical if anyone cares.)
