Every car that gets into competition gets a plaque and a ribbon. (Committee
still wants at least a modest 1st place trophy in racing categories... total
of 7 trophies and a bunch of plaques.)
Cost: Kit + a buck per! And some of the kits are recruiting incentives from
Council!
