Lew,
Our council also has E board members who are scouters, but I'm sure
we have all seen E board members who look at the council operation as
strictly a business entity without regard to its purpose. E board scouters
must realize the purpose of the organization is not to maximize profits but
to support the BSA program for as many boys as possible. And it sure helps
that uderstanding if you've served "on the front lines".
