Our trip to Washington is $100/person. Our Summer Camp is $230/person.
Our recent Winter Campout was $10/person and the Klondike is $5/person.
We have other trips that are free. We do not have the kind of monthly
expense you write about above; no one in our troop could afford $100+
each month. Wow !

None. I know of no require to obtain Eagle to go on Troop trips.
Certainly the camping or merit badge requirements for Eagle can be
achieved at reasonable expense.

Larry - your ideas are excellent . Thank you for sharing them with us.
You are close to Disney and Universal. How about asking them for some
financial support?
