Citizenship

My nephew is working on his last merit badge for Eagle and he would
like the help of the list. Citizenship in the World requires that you
find out
how one becomes a citizen in another country. He would like a quick
description of the process of becoming a citizen in your country and
what is required. People in the good ol' U.S. of A. need not respond.
