The polar bear award in my area is awared for winter camping with the
first level being that the temp go below 32 at some point of the 24
hours spent outdoors. In Wisconsin easy to get. Second level gets
harder. Last time I earned it was by accident, late Sept when we woke
to solid water in the fire buckets.
