Cub Pack QU Requirements

Deirdre LaRock (butterbuns@EARTHLINK.COM)

I'm no longer the CM, I've taken a job as an asst. So, I don't have the
paperwork with me. But, best of my recollections is that all registered
leaders must be trained. I believe, this means completely, meaning both
Fast Start & CSLBT. As for who has to have YPP, only one of the asst. CMs
needs it. I've never met a pack with more than one asst. As a matter of
fact, I'm the only CA I know. But, I have done the YPP. I believe, that
this is a "*" requirement, meaning it HAS to be. Getting all the leaders
trained is always difficult. I've gone so far as to pay for it and drive
them myself. Of course, I live in GA, and we don't have to deal with
weather like you have. But, we are on a military base, and many of our
leaders disappear for weeks on end...so we have our own special problems.
